At Gilded Roach, we take great care in packaging and shipping our jewelry to ensure it arrives safely and securely. We are also committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Special requests like resizing may require additional processing time. We will communicate any delays directly with you.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including economy, standard and expedited services.
- Domestic Economy shipping is Free for items over $200
- Domestic Ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days.
- International shipping is available to select countries.
- Expedited and International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Carriers
- We use trusted carriers such as USPS, DHS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic and international orders.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
- Insurance is included on all domestic orders to protect against loss or damage during transit.
- International insurance is required at an additional cost and must be paid for by the customer.
- Orders over $500 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Gilded Roach is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
